1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on rbakee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rbakee strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21+ for all players.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a legal entity for the purpose of betting or gambling.
• You have not previously had an rbakee account closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of rbakee or any of its affiliated software providers.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. rbakee may request identity verification documents at any time, including for the purpose of age verification, source-of-funds checks, or anti-money-laundering compliance. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Each individual may hold only one (1) rbakee account. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. rbakee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or bonus funds associated with them.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbakee account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

All activities conducted through your rbakee account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, whether or not you author ised those activities. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify rbakee immediately at [email protected].

rbakee will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from rbakee that asks for your full password should be treated as fraudulent. You must use a strong, unique password for your rbakee account and update it regularly. rbakee recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

rbakee reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. rbakee will endeavour to resolve all security investigations promptly and in good faith.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rbakee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. rbakee does not charge processing fees on standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Within 5–15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card-issuing bank.

rbakee reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied; or (c) the withdrawal request is flagged by rbakee's risk and compliance systems for further review.

All funds deposited into your rbakee account must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to their original source.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

rbakee offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions around events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all rbakee bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets and live casino wagers typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Standard slots contribute 100%. Blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using shared payment methods to claim duplicate bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise in the promotion details. Any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds remaining after expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• rbakee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already in active use at the time of modification.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rbakee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. In the event of any conflict between general platform rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules prevail.

rbakee reserves the right to void any bet or game round where: (a) a technical error, software fault, or data feed failure has materially affected the odds or outcome; (b) a bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error; or (c) there is credible evidence that the event or game outcome has been manipulated.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout amounts apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting or gaming interface at the time of placing a wager. rbakee reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Sports betting markets close at the time designated by rbakee for each event. Bets placed after the scheduled market close time will be voided and stakes returned. For live in-play betting markets, acceptance of bets is subject to network latency and rbakee's live-feed processing time — bets accepted by the system are binding regardless of outcome at the moment the bet was technically received.

Casino games, slots, crash games, and live dealer games are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface. RNG-based games use certified random number generation software provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and PG Soft. Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. rbakee does not control individual game RNG outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rbakee platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account in your name or using your payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or any technical fault to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent house edge in live casino games, including systematic card-counting tools or chip-dumping in poker variants.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with rbakee's support team.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to disguise your geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

rbakee is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, rbakee offers the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the rbakee platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data feeds, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rbakee or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of rbakee.

The game content, audiovisual elements, and software made available through the rbakee platform remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of game content outside the rbakee platform is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbakee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your rbakee account at the time the claim arises.

rbakee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if rbakee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rbakee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. rbakee will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Gambling involves financial risk. By using rbakee, you acknowledge that you may lose funds and that rbakee bears no responsibility for any financial loss you incur through legitimate gambling activity on the platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between you and rbakee arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with rbakee's support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process specified in the applicable gaming regulatory framework. rbakee's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account security are final, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the rbakee platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using rbakee, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rbakee handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles, using SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure storage for all data at rest.

12. Amendments to These Terms

rbakee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rbakee will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, rbakee may also notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the rbakee platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
